  1. My order arrived damaged what do I do?

    • Please reach out to avery@incandescentco.com & we will be happy to figure something out :)

  2. Why did my candle tunnel?

    • The most common cause of tunneling is not burning your candle long enough during the first burn. When you first light your candle, please allow 2-4 hours or until the melt pool is the entire diameter of the jar.

    • Also be aware all of our candles are made with 100% soy wax, meaning it may harden bumpy, uneven, or discolored. This is totally normal!

  3. How are the candles made?

    • All of our candles are made with domestically grown soy beans and a cotton wick for the cleanest burn possible. Our candles only have the best non toxic fine fragrance oils & essential oils.

  4. How do I track my order?

    • It’s so exciting getting mail and waiting for a yummy candle makes it 10x better! Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number.

  5. How fast is my order shipped?

    • Most orders are shipped within 3-4 business days, but please be patient as this is a one woman show!
